→Tickets are valid only for the specified festival date(s) selected during purchase (Friday, October 24; Saturday, October 25; or both with a two-day pass).
→Entry requires a valid ticket and matching photo ID. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued.
→Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold without written permission from festival organizers.
→This event is rain or shine. Weather conditions do not warrant refunds unless local officials require a cancellation for safety reasons.
→The artist lineup and performance schedule are subject to change. Artist cancellations do not qualify for a refund.
→Festival organizers reserve the right to deny or revoke admission without refund to anyone violating terms, rules, or local laws.
→All attendees must comply with SouthernScape's on-site policies, including bag checks, ID checks, alcohol regulations, and event rules.
